Coach, Mentor and Facilitator
Dayan has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, development and personal transformation. He has worked at a managerial and directive level within the private sector, in addition to accompanying people and organizations to expand their capacities and abilities for their professional development.
Using the same principles that he teaches, he has a global vision and is firmly convinced that the growth of companies is generated through personal transformation and that of their work teams, through enhancing their own strengths and possibilities.
He has collaborated in organizations through courses and workshops within the private and government sector with clients such as Telcel, SMP, ISEM, the Republic Senate; in addition to accompanying the development of executives and professionals through Coaching in companies in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Australia.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Administration and an MBA in Finance, an active member of the ICF and Coach PCC, certified as an Ontological Coach by The Newfield Network, and in Teams by the European School of Coaching. Specialized in systemic work with training in Mexico and Germany.
Certified as Trainer for the presentation of courses and conferences with training in the United States and Canada.
Additionally, he has been a Coach Mentor within Coaching training programs.
