I am passionate about inspiring people to fulfill their full potential by creating the

mindset, habits, and determination to act on a clear vision.

 

I am a strategic thinker with a creative mind, cultural sensitivity, and empathy; I bring these qualities to every client interaction, whether as a coach, a facilitator or an advisor. 

 

I draw on twenty years of executive coaching, training and consulting experience with senior leaders and their teams in strategy design, leadership communications, and organizational culture change. I combine my corporate background with fifteen years as a life coach, energy medicine practitioner, and facilitator of personal growth retreats in North America, Peru, and Mexico.

 

I founded Kallin Leadership because I believe today’s era calls for us all to source from a place of conscious clarity and care—for oneself and for others. The time to shift our focus back to what matters most is now.
